It really doesn't help when people lose hope. Yes, there are many bad things out there. But if you are crying about them, you are probably not fighting them. You are certainly not transcending them. You know by now that I love famous people who use their place in the light, shining it on those suffering in the dark. One of my heroes is Bono. He is asking everyone to use their voice, to sound their dreams. You don't even need to be famous. You just need to find your wings. He says, "Every year, global leaders attend the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, to discuss how to better the world." Bono thinks you might have something to add. He is asking people to go to YouTube and answer the question: "What one thing do you think that countries, companies or individuals must do to make the world a better place in 2008?" You can be a star! I think this is so good, I am making it a quest. If you do this, visit the Butterfly Clan forum and give a link to your video! Maybe you will even get some points! |
