Normally I would post this to the Mole Clan news section, but the release of UFO files by the British government seemed too important not to talk about here on the front page of the Twelve. I mean, here we have one of the most secretive governments on the planet exposing a massive amount of information. It's doubtful that the files are comprehensive--do you really think they're going to admit that the Lizzie strain runs right through the blue blood of the royals?--but their release raises an interesting question.
What is the truth indeed?
Sure, lots of the accounts are bogus. But on first glance, it looks like a lot are hard to deny. Air traffic controllers and police are not who you'd expect to be making up stories.
And what is the agenda of the government in releasing these? Could it be that they know that we're about to be contacted--in the open, in front of media and everyone--and they want to prevent a massive freakout? Is this just the first step in acknowledging what some of us have known all along?
I leave it to you to decide. But I encourage you, now that these files have been released, do some research. There may be some answers in there...
